Well, it depends on the weave and weight of the CF, but it shouldn't cost TOO much. I was given a CF one for a celica once and it wasn't much thicker than a sheet of posterboard. I'm not sure how well it would have worked (don't own a celica), but it was pretty flimsy.

How hard could the panel really be to make? I mean, it's a flat plane (I think) with a bunch of holes in it. Mock it up out of posterboard and make it yourself.

Did you remove the rivets on the mhg before installing it? (Assuming that it's hks...)

I agree with forcedtorque. Piggyback = not a very good idea. Granted, the learning curve with EMS is HUGE and the cost is much more significant, but I usually find it to be a good idea to over-engineer everything. Just because it's worked in the past doesn't mean it's a good idea. ...annnnnnnd...

I never noticed that the hks turbos didn't say "hks" on them until now. Strange. I see it's a .50 a/r in the front. What's the rear? Should spool pretty damn fast compared to mine (gt4088).
