Requesting assistance with SSQV installation. (>^_^)>

I have no idea. It shouldn't make a difference either way, because you've pretty much plugged the line with the stock BOV. That's a new one on me.

Lol, I could go THAT far.

I'm pretty sure it's just a strangely shaped vacuum coupler. and yeah, that's no big deal plugging the line.

Oh, and as far as fitment is concerned, if you're putting a strut tower bar, that may be a problem, but there really isn't a "right" way to have your BOV face. Hell, mine's right behind my driver's side fog light.

When I had to install mine, I modified (i.e. ground down the ends) of a pair of needle nose pliers, because my snap ring pliers wouldn't cooperate. Worked great. and if you think one is loud, we installed two of them on a friend's car. One's in the fender near the foglight, and one's above the...

Just watch your temp gauge. It's worth a try. I'm sure it flows a crapload more than mine does.

    Name that part

I'm not sure about your weather in OK, or how much time you spend sitting in traffic, but here in TN I have one 10" fan (a dsm, so I'm guessing it's 10") pushing (i.e. in front of my radiator) and no aux fans. With that being said, in the occasional 100+ degree day I've never had it get close to...

P.S. how is the ssqv backwards, exactly? it's facing forward...

no, it's not a problem that you have the stock bov there, but I'd get rid of it just for aesthetics sake. you could run a hose between the two, but what you have will work just fine. ...and when the recirc stuff gets there, all you have to do is plug the 3000 pipe hole, and run the line from...

    nikon d40

I'd have to disagree on the d40 being a good dslr at all, but I do agree with you on the Olympus statement. With the aftermarket (for lack of a better term) following that canon/nikon have, it seems pointless to buy anything else. *looks at the pentax sitting on the table* Damn it.

That's the same wattage and size. If nothing else, you can ballpark it. I didn't come up with anything of note, either. http://www.kmjent.com/cart/product.php?productid=427&cat=5&page=1

    nikon d40

Yep, I'm not sure on the 5000, or whatever the one that just came out is, but anything above a d70 is compatible... ...as well as the d1-d3x lineup.

New 5th gear for the R154 - how about a taller overdrive?

Okay, you've peaked my interest. I'm looking at swapping in a 4.30lsd from my 3.73lsd and this was one of my principle concerns. I like it!

Interest in a bolt-in Solstice trans?

I'm not sure if this is relevant or not, but Rys Millen (sp?)'s solstice drift car uses a t-56 and is 500ish hp. I'm not sure if this is because of the durability of the ar5 trans, or because he wanted a sixth gear, but it's something of note...

Buying A 1JZ From Canada No Tracking # Until In The U.S?

That's still a bit much, though, regardless of the reasoning. I mean, I can see if the motor fell off a pallet when loading or something along those lines because, well, shit happens, but the (possibly imaginary) motor should have been checked before the sale, and the B.S. tracking number...

old air intake piping with mass air flow

Fine. You were right. I was wrong. ...a civic intake, meaning an intake designed for a Honda Civic tweaked to fit an Mkiii. It wasn't that exact one, but if you've seen one you've seen 'em all.

    Wastegate not working...

True story. The oil lines are metal from the factory, so I doubt the PO would have made one out of a heater hose. Got any photos of it?
