Well with the brake caliper question , it would appear that the best route would be to emulate a different cars caliper locating points. Say a 240 or a MK4 so that you can just pop online and order a BBK kit for a much more supported car and it would be relatively easy to get replacement parts...

as far as road racing, it is my experience that the Supra cannot turn in and make really tight turn as easily as I would like. It would appear that having more angle would allow you to make tighter corners. I could be wrong.

^ that sounds like more of a pain in the ass then just pulling your motor out. I literally pulled my 1j in an hour from the first bolt to the last bolt on Stand. It is especially easy when you leave the harness on motor.
Cool, my 58 was not smooth at all. It has been getting abused since the first GTE swap in 06. As far as the gearing will I notice it power wise or is it just a matter of shifting points?
