so basically i should just take the diversity antenna wire off if i am taking the assembly off itself? like just leave the two thick defrost wires on and leave the 3rd wire for the antenna off?

so what would happen if i connect the defrost ground wire and the antenna wire together would it have a bad effect?

wait just to clear something, the rear defoggers are grounded onto the "diversity" antenna which connects to the chassis as a ground right? so if you remove it you must take the two wires grounded onto the antenna and ground it directly to the chassis using one of the 10mm bolts that hold the...

Ok so i searched and found out that the n/a tach will not work on a 7mgte engine due to the fact that there are some differences such as CPS vs. Distributor and coil packs. Now im planning to do a 7mgte swap on my n/a and i was wondering instead of changing the resistance on the tach board...

have they tried checking the wires for possible connection cutoffs? and by "only headlights working" u mean everything doesnt work except that? do the gauges light up? radio? etc.... thats all i can think of

those things are expensive, they are the ones with MOMO on them right?

More updates, weather is chilly outside but i got work done, still strippin out the interior and should be done in 3 days or so :) still waiting for my headlight control wand for the conversion of the combination switch so that is gonna take a while, but here are pics...

have you checked all of the relays regarding ignition? because when i rebuilt my mk3, it would start sometimes then stop, and all it took was a loose harness that wasnt clipped in all the way :)
