 Craftsman is FTW. Cheap, free to replace, and you can find a retailer just about anywhere.
just don't get their aluminum race jack thing, it'll last about 3 months (if you use it on a regular basis) and they throw a huge shit fit if you try to get them to replace it. Bastards...
Jack the back up and stand on the cowl panel and push the trans down with one of your feet, or 1 2x4, I've done it that way since day one. :icon_bigg
Taking the two out/putting them back in together is deff the way to go.
^ Exactly
I've always wanted to teach my fiance how to drive a 5sp in my Supra but she said I'd hate/kill her if anything happened to it. Even after an hour of "no, you'd just 'owe me'... big time" she still wouldn't do it. So I got her to drive her dad's 5sp S-10 (talk about an easy 5sp)...
I'm trying to get rid of it because I always drift to the right so the car is blocking all of the airflow... still won me best of show at NOPI @ Westport Hooters the past 3 years running.
^ Turbotimers/hard pipes is all I'm after... If you fab, I'll take 2 sets of hardpipes...? Doesn't have to be fancy or anything, just anything but stock :icon_bigg
