The switch on your driver's side door lock barrel is probubly broken or dirty. Thats what triggers the Arm/Disarm of the alarm when you turn the key. Take the thing out, spray some WD40 or some parts cleaner and clean it good and put it back on. The Lock should start working again.

Get a Y Plate, put the stock Exhaust back on. When ready to race, flip to open exhaust :)
