So I know we have the fabled 1988 Tom's C5 Supra, the '88 Turbo-A, the HKS drag Supra, the TRD one... Just learned of another limited production Supra while I was scanning through my little Supra history book. Is the 1988 "Black Limited" considered a rare Supra even though it was a GA70? Only...
Thanks for the help guys! $1100 Jesus. I'm sure I'm a couple grand into buying random parts the "I need" already. I doubt it's available for an A but I'll ask Amayama.
Thank you for the part number! There is a picture for a "Type A" and "Type B" ... is that because there are 2 different types on the car? One type for the 2 in front and the other for the type in a little more back?
Yeah it's a long shot for the harness, but I was gonna send some feelers out...
Really?! Thats gay! Its a separate piece though :( Do you know the part number for the harness that it came with (there are a couple of different wire part #s). And your sure you cant get this piece separate?
It's a Japanese VIN though so it wont show up in your system. But it should be the same parts as the US counter part. I believe the same piece is on the non turbo engine also?
Also cant find the part number/s for the hood rubber stoppers (there is 4 of them)? I looked all through the parts manual on http://www.jp-carparts.com/toyota/figlist.php?maker=toyota&type=291120&cartype=8.
Lol good luck finding the C5 body pieces and interior stuff!! Don't even know if any C5's exist anymore? It's a mythological creature now... A urban legend.
Yes the fitment and look is very nice! I find the Recaro Speeds for sale everywhere but not MK3 specific with the correct rails and stuff. I don't want to ghetto rig it or fabricate anything. How did you work it out with Jarco? You just sent them an email saying your looking for some Recaro...
