D&D Performance built T-56 with a Viper style Deep overdrive would be the way to go. Gets rid of all the weak links in the T-56 (shift forks and synchros) and has great ratios to work with a lower rear end ratio.

Wow, NSX headlights are pure sex. A set of NSX headlights to go along with a nice set of HID's....Ahh that would be amazing.
Ive never really liked cars with flush mounts that came from the factory with pop-ups. I dont think it looks right on supra, Rx-7s or 300Zx's
Clutch in rev limiter in your good old manual trans. WOT shift all day long and fully use the clutch. Never looses boost.
And I have to agree with Supraslo, a hella good tranny cooler goes a long way in saving the life of the trans.
I ran 28psi and 180 shot on stock Nissan cast aluminum pistons. The car dyno'd almost 700horsepower. Everyone said the limit of stock Nissan pistons was 500ish hp. Well I proved them wrong right up to the point where it melted a piston. Saying that a car held 19psi for 6 months before it blew...
I don't know much about nitrous on turbo cars.....
BTW before you tell me that the lines SHOULD be the same length, understand that im working in the valley of a V-6 nissan with fuel rails, injectors, valve covers, and an upper plenum to deal with. I did the best i could.
This seems to prove the quote "Nitrous doesn't blow engines, Idiots with Nitrous do." Now I'm not calling you an idiot, however your not being the most intelligent with your N20 system.
There are reasons why its you pull timing, and reasons why you dont shoot more then 75/100 shot through a...
Small plenum's averaged around 1/2 engine CID, in displacement. Large plenum's displaced in the range of 1-1.5times engine CID in displacement.
For a force-fed application, runner design is less of a factor than for a N/A design. Plenum volume is the key---the rule of thumb is plenum volume >=...
I'm not going to call you wrong, and am only going of my personal experiences. I've owned a 1990 Ford Thunderbird Supercoupe since it was brand new in August of 90. The car was completely rust-proofed on the undercarriage and in the wheels wells. It was never driven in the winter, when it was...
I gave an accurate response to the question being asked. He stated the EFI fuse keeps blowing. It keeps blowing because it is overheated.
Why is it overheating? Obviously there is an issue with excessive current traveling through the fuse more then likely from a short to ground. However the...
I have to COMPLETELY disagree with that statement. My two best friends own a body shop the does custom hot rods and muscle cars and you can see a world of difference in the paint when someone takes the time to strip the car to bare metal and start fresh. I've spent a couple hours talking with...
Someone already said it, but I'll say it again. FAST, RELIABLE, and CHEAP. Pick 2 of those 3 and you'll have your answer.
In theory, you could drop the subframe, pull the oil pan and replace the one bearing that is bad. We do bearing roll outs on diesel engines as regular maintenance. However I...
Don't screw around with me Suprahero. You're a hell of an instinctive driver. Maybe too good. I'd like to bust your butt but I can't. I got another problem here. I gotta send somebody from this squadron to Miramar. I gotta do something here, I still can believe it. I gotta give you your dream...
Thanks for the compliments. Its amazing how fast Wisconsin weather can turn bad. Its went from 42 to 30 degrees in a matter of 10 minutes. And ofcourse my garage heater is broken so work with progress no farther today. However I did take some picks of the work the wonderful PREVIOUS OWNER did...
