It may have happened already. But when shocks wear out like that you tend to get broken springs. check the coils to see if they are cracked or if pieces are missing. You shouldn't be driving it at all if thats the case.
A STOCK ct26 will do 12-13psi and it will last forever. I run 16 its been fine all summer and i drove it hard. So 14-16. Any higher that 15-16 you aren't going to see a huge gain and you are going to wear out the turbo real quick.
I can tell you the second pic is the electric fans on the radiator. The last pic is not used.
3rd last pic there should be a place to plug in that VSV and its not those. That grey one looks like it plugs in to the ignitor,

I have one ebay kit. Don't know if its that one or not. The HG is a piece of shit do not use it. Everything looks ok to me! $100 shipped to my door and it even comes with the steel turbo/exhaust gasket. That gasket alone is $85 at toyota in canada.
