Make sure you get an aftermarket boost gauge so you know how much you are actually boosting. It will account for the added boost created by the washers as well

Do a search for burping coolant as well. Easy to do. Do a search for jiggle valve removal as well. I used to have the same problem. After burping the system and using no jiggle valve my car has great heat.

First do a search on no heat. Check your vsv valve. It sounds like you have air trapped in your system or a blown head gasket.

Get a 3" downpipe, 3" elbow and no cat to go with that catback exhaust! You will be amazed at the power increase. our elbow/downpipe chokes off the turbo.
