86.5 turbo swapped. no under cover no bottom rubber lip. when I get on it in a lower gear on the highway, the back end gets a little squirrley and it feels very unstable. is this a downforce issue or some type of suspension issue. or is the mk3 just a fat pig?

it's a problem with the waste gate correct? any easy fix without removing turbo. right now it's at 6psi but it's climbing to 9. I plan on boost controlling it one way or another soon and if it climbs to 15 I'm in trouble.
