I have to use my remote start switch to start my supra i just get clicks with the key as well, but my no spark was caused by a CPS wire being broke. check the wires even if they look fine. not saying this is your problem but its a possibility.

I had a no spark issue when i first bought my supra checked coil pack and igniter and they were good then i looked at the CPS wiring and it appeared good but i wiggled one around a bit and it broke easily, so i jumped it with an alligator clip and had spark. I guess im tryin to say check the CPS...
