IIRC the bolts that connect the tranny to the block are a 14mm head. You will need a swivel or two and some extensions to get to them. Then the easiest way I have found to disconnect the clutch is thou the access covers. Remove them and then remove the 6 bolts (iirc 12mm head)that connect...

Yes you could do that or just save the pic on your computer. Also look under the EPC and you should be able to order one from toyota yet. Maybe $10 for it. EDIT: Here is the part #'s for the name plates. You just need to figure out witch one of the 17792's is for the GTE ...

If you want one like Ron's, buy one of his don't copy it. If you want to make one that is just fine just start mocking it up (like reaper said), and take measurements your self.

No need to re-torque now. You only need to perform a re-torque once, and that is after the first 5 or so heat cycles.

No prob for the help, and I wonder if you car has been in a wreck or two? All 3 of the supra's I have owned (OEM hood verified by vin # on hood) all had the vacuum diagram on the under side of the hood just to the left side of the latch area along with other info like valve clearance and spark...

Let the machine shop assemble the short block. It will be the best $200 you ever spent, trust me ;) OEM rods will be fine if not going for much extra power, they make over sized bearings for a reason. Are you going to have it bored over? A new OEM oil pump (not eCrap pump) and oil hose...
