    F*&^$ING SPEEDBUMB!!!

I take the angle technique myself going over speed bumps, but I also drive around them when at all possible.

Could have bent them slightly and you not have noticed, or stressed them too much and caused them to fail, but across all six cylinders? I dunno.... For your sake I hope it's something like that and that you didn't score the cylinder walls. A simple re-ring job would be a miracle.

    Doward's 375rwhp Build.

It's not as horrible as everyone makes it out to be. It's not buttery smooth, but if people think they are notchy, then they need to get out and start driving more manual cars, because believe me, there is much worse out there. ;)

    Finding TDC

On one of my other cars, don't know about the supra, but TDC on the piston is actually a tad bit off compared to TDC according to the crank pulley marks. I'd be curious to see if yo uset it a 0* TDC and move it slightly either way, to see if a screw driver on top of th piston will go up a...

China makes cheap cars to compete with big auto in US/EU/JP

We do have standards, that's why it's a bitch to get JDM cars over here legally that were never released to the US, so much shit has to be put on them to make them "acceptable".

    Anyone ever raced a S2K?

Those tables are using stock sized tires also, so if you have a taller tire, then your top speed will be greater, at the expense of some acceleration. When making larger amounts of power though, I prefer to sacrafice a tad bit of acceleration for the top speed as you can max out fairly quick...

My car is going to need a slight respray

^ If that were to happen, it would prbably your luck that the bastard would drive off after doing it :(.

    oil temp sensor location

Your oil temps seem very high. Where you have it now is where the oil temps are after they have cycled through the engine, I'd trust a temp reading from oil coming directly out of the block versus right after the oil cooler anyday.

    gay ticket

I know how to make my full 3" turbo back RSR GTII quiet ;). Not quite off the throttle, but just enough to put a tad bit of fuel into it while you are slowly loosing speed as you pass the cop :D

Without digging back through your build thread, can you think of what your clearances were with your piston rings? You filed them down right? positioned them opposite of each other when installed?

    oil temp sensor location

Get a BSP to NPT adaptor for the stock oil pressure sensor location and you can mount it there, along with an aftermarket oil pressure sender. Two birds with one stone. Here it is

    Anyone ever raced a S2K?

Stay in a gear that will have your RPMS really high, as close to the rev limit as possible with about 1000-1500 RPMs to spare. BRAKE BOOST is what you need to learn to do. It's just as it sounds, ride your brake some and gas it to stay at the same speed (for you, 40 MPH), remember, start in...
