No need for bigger injectors, I'm running 10.7:1 comp and will soon have some 272 cams, Have a MAp sensor aftermarket ecu, headers, 2.5 inch exhaust ported head etc etc, still no where near maxing out the standard injectors.
ON a track where bumps aren't an issue and weight is a big factor a MK2 would probably come into its own over a MK3. That being sad I've driven some fairly average roads and whilst the MK2 is unsettled by them its still very controllable. Understeer is a big issue as I learnt today on a drift...

I am going to run the Brian Crower 272 and 9.52mm lift cams in my NA will see how they go, yes I know they are designed for a turbo engine.
TODA and Ted's are one of the few that still manufacture cams for 7mge's but they want about $1,000 Australia or $750 US a piece which is a joke.
Fujitsubo no longer list anything on their website for a 7mge, there has been one or two other sets on ebay that I've seen and thats it. They came with the car when I bought it and they aren't going anywhere soon well until I get sick of being NA anyway.:icon_razz But my current funding says...
Whiteline Adjustable swaybars now in. Woot for being the first person in the world with them, I donated my car to test them lol. Improvements are very noticeable bit less roll and the front end has been tightened up alot.
Lol my NA goes pssh on gear chages stupid metal intake lol.
Hehe ricers are fun, I like to gee them up at the lights and then let them take off in fury and just sit there.
