    Most automotive manufacturers don't insulate the barrels on ground wires. Probably keeps the cost per vehicle down by some small fraction.

    The cable runs along the bottom of the cargo area on the left hand side, pretty much following the bottom of the trim. It's bundled with the wire harness. As ForcedTorque said, there's a small plastic clip that the cable snaps into.

    I bought my Supra and had it shipped from Oregon to Maryland this year for about 1300. The company was called HaulMasters. They made the arrangements with the comapny I bought the car from, picked it up, dropped it off and put it in my driveway for me.

    Good point. I de-rusted the underside of my Blazer and then found out, like you, that the rust under the carpet was much worse. How well does the POR15 hold up, do you think?

    Yes, the metal has to be really clean, no oils from your skin even, for the powdercoating to bond well and not discolor.
