from what i heard all it does really is shift the powerband to lower but you want to keep the turbo cams if youre over 350hp cause the n/a cams will choke out the engine. i would stick with turbo cams myself but if n/a cams were my only option then i would use them. lol im sure someone with more...
yeah my egr cooler was leaking it was loud and annoying and could smell gas inside the cabin. i blocked mine off though along with the rest of the egr. i see no difference in anything performance or loss of gas mileage. i still get about 30mpg on the highway.

yeah by looking it looks like someone drilled it out in some parts and if you poke at it with a screw driver or something it appears to be metal. i guess i'll just have the machine shop look at it and see if they'll be able to do anything about it, if not i guess i'll just get another head. this...
