To hook up my back up camera to my Pioneer AVIC D2, I just had to run one extra rca cable (video) to it. Then I pulled power for it off of the ACC. for the amp. The head unit can power it up but I didnt feel like running any more wires.

Ground point for the starter? Um my starter is just bolt up to the engine/tranny with a positive (12v+) battey cable running to it. It is grounded threw the block.

Mustang dyno's tent to dyno lower then a dyno jet but you have a very stout starting place.
But as FT said also add in a SAFCII of some piggy back fuel controller, your list looks to be pretty good otherwise. Also once you start going for higher #'s remember to upgrade your clutch.
The extra 2 wires (white wire and black wire) are for the city lights (parking lights). You do not have to hook them up but if you want to the black wire goes to any grounding point, and the white wire gets tapped into the parking lights.

^^^ it might but my "city light" had a red wire and black. But maybe the china guy ran out of the correct color wire and just used what ever he had on his work bench. lol

Im not 100% sure of what wire you are talking about, but you are correct that most of the white w/ black stripe wires is for a ground.
Low beam= red with black strip, High beam= red with blue stripe, and I would figure the white with black strip is the ground.

Nope. Buy Jose JDM sup, because even if you were to find one closer you will pay way more then what he is asking. If you are serious about getting RHD eather road trip it, or ship it, because no matter what you are going to have to pay for gas or shipping cost any way.
