The best of both worlds...........I use my Huhduh hybrid during the week for the 50+ mpg and drive the Supra for fun on the weekends, it's a no brainer....
Performance Techniques, the last rebuild I had them do was awesome and they accidently included a polished housing that I did not order and did not charge me for it.
Either will work if you do it right, supposedly the best product is Permatex Ultra Grey form-a-gasket, I have not tried that stuff but I hear it's good. I use a dab of blue Loc-Tite on the bolts.
Don't use straight silicone tho, I've heard it's a biach to get the pan off ever again.
