I got this once by using a IC pipe coupler that was the wrong size by a 1/4". It was a constant leak which sounded almost like a whistle. That being said, a small but constant leak could sound the same. But you say its coming from the drivers side? Unless maybe you have an FFIM?
Well...personally i dont think you need to pull the wiring harness through the firewall. Just disconnect and set it out of the way and then put it back in the engine bay while the motors out. Also, apart from motor mount bolts theres the obvious bolts on the bellhousing and dont forget the bolts...
LOL Aaron i just may know who that hater is. I could call him right now and say he owes you money based on copyright infringement!!! :biglaugh:
By the way...you is a BALLERRRRR!
could be oil seals in the turbo? or mine did the same thing, if i recall, when the back most stud in the exhaust manifold was completely loose along with a couple of others on the manifold so it was leaking.
the electronics are the same but i would also try going with your original supra electronics. worth a try (if the lex. part is bad) since im guessing you still have the original right?
hopefully you get the right product. i had a bad experience with roku creations on ebay. sent me the wrong thing then never replied to my messages :icon_conf
