You can eliminate the power steering valve vac. lines also. Its only function is to increase the idle when you turn the wheels to full lock. I have been running without one for a while with no problems.

Yes that is where the air from the valve is fed into the intake track.

I’m running without my Idle Speedup Valve with no problems. Just make sure that you cap off the vacuum line under the intake that it connects to. Otherwise you will have unmetered air getting into your intake and it could cause problems.
