I torqued my reused stock bolts @72 at the first place.... ;) But if your bolts are new, like IJ once said to me, retorque after 3 or 5 heat cycles IIRC.

Speedometer cable gear? Isn't the cable just a piece of cable from beginning till the end?

Take off the speedo, take it apart, adjust the speedometer gauge (there's a metal piece you can move to adjust it (load the spring IIRC? You can search a bit, like ''speedometer'' or something, and you'll find a thread where Jeff Lange explains it) . It took me some time to get it right using...

Well my first rides with a turbo were short, but like the third ride was to a dragrace :D (A friend loaned the car to me). It sure was cool, but I wouldn't die for it.

Though there is a write up in the ''write up'' section IIRC that shows how to use some AZ universal speedo cable of some sort (have to switch ends or something). Once someone was talking about a shop that takes your cable and, basing on it, makes a new one. Maybe search can help...

Yes they are. Only difference - the glue on the toppest part is on the wrong side on the left gasket. But that's no problemo as the glue is kind of pointless IMO.
