    AEM and vipec

I don't believe that Vipec has a plug and play harness for a 7m, however you could probably send an email to Phoenix tuning and he could probably make you a harness.

    Suspension Mounts

I'm not familiar with the Tein mounts, but I have some Tanabe mounts that are probably the same or similar. Are you planning on using the stock spring perches? I'm under the impression that you have to with the RSR springs? If they're like the mounts I have, you won't be able to use stock type...

    Oil cooler sizing?

If you go to Setrab's site they have a sheet that shows the approximate cooling capabilities based on cooler size. I'm sure the other manufacturers have something similar.

is it necessary to run a thermostat in-line with an oil cooler setup?

When I was looking a while back this was the cheapest place: http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/category/Aeroquip_Socketless_Fittings Buy those and the aeroquip socketless hose and you should be ok.

New 5th gear for the R154 - how about a taller overdrive?

I haven't seen Doward on in a while... Anyone know if he still has these available? I've was planning to get one once my car was done... but it's still not done.

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Hm, if you've got that much offset and can fit more about 10mm more, it sounds like the mk3 has about 7.5" to 7.75"s of backspacing available in the rear. I've been wondering how much is available and a few others have asked with no answers, thanks for the info.

is it necessary to run a thermostat in-line with an oil cooler setup?

From what I have read from Aeroquip's site, not only is using clamps on push-lok fittings a waste of money, it can potentially cause the fittings to leak; don't use them.

A1 Racing Arms Catastrophic Failure - BeWare

They demanded you ship them the broken arm on your dime? Pretty shitty CS as far as I'm concerned. Glad I never got around to buying any of the their parts. Bumping for any update from them about this.

    Mahle pistons for 2jz GTE

I would go with the stock 2jzgte pistons. The rods are the weak link so no point in getting something stronger than stock if you're not going to upgrade those.

    2jzgte swap question, lexus is200/gs300

Don't those come with 2jz-ges stock? Just go NA-T, cheaper and just as good as a GTE.

    Location? Octane?

If your car isn't tuned for it there isn't any point in getting higher octane.

    MK3 Coilover conversion fitment

I'm assuming which sleeve you use depends on the shocks you're using. I'm using bilstein shocks, so I'm planning on using the sleeves that bilstein sells. I know there are aftermarket manufacturers so you should be able to use those as well. It doesn't really matter so much about the length of...

    MK3 Coilover conversion fitment

I'm in the process of doing this now, but I'm not really in a hurry so I haven't ordered the sleeves yet. I'm going to be doing some measuring when I do get them, but I don't know when that will be. I'm under the impression that since the sleeves are pretty tall, you can probably use the same...

    Suspension feedback for mk3 coilovers?

Any idea if those A-1 suspension rods are still made?

    MKIII Coilover/suspension opinions

There is a suspension sub-forum that you should look at to give you some ideas. The two I would recommend would either be a custom bilstein setup or if you're looking for something 'pre-packaged', the Stance coilovers seem to be a good option.

    Front tire rub

Do you know what the offset on the mitsu wheels are? That would tell us how much it's pushing in or out of the wheel well. Did the alignment shop give you a printout of what changed in terms of alignment settings?

    coilover options

If you're still here, any recommendation on who to send Bilsteins to for revalving? I've found that there are a few places besides Bilstein themselves who do revalving, though they charge roughly double what Bilstein does. Not really sure if they're worth it though. I read through your...
