Nah. If the hp was low, the torque was low too. The hp is just a calculation based off the torque. If you were making 330hp, your torque would be the same +/- ~10. There's been some abnormal cars though. One car made 371hp/420tq. There was more involved than normal...

Depends on the turbo. 500hp/500tq has been done before.

Your numbers are typical. Most people are joking about the 1J tq thing or just don't know. Stock twins usually make around the same tq/hp. I did 293/289 @ 13psi.
