im going with an aristo ECU and harness due to the fact that i am OVER 1 J ECUs. as most of you know i already had to go out on me. a local shop tried to fix my original one and its fubar'd. un-repairable. i'm borrowing one from them right now and the car runs perfectly so the harness is...
dang im actually talked about in a thread. AWESOME! haha
the other thing you will need todo on top of opening up a bolt hole for the turbo to fit is a custom y-pipe.
the 1JZ's looks like its too wide from one turbo flange to the other. you might be able to shave down the flanges a little...
GOD DAMN!!!!!
my buddy did his own with a 5 speed swap in it and IC and IC piping, the wiring, AND AEM on top and it wasn't over 6K
jesus save 6K and do it yourself ;)
its not that unbelievable. i mean its almost 200cc's more than stock just like 550's on stock 1J ecu. it will still run and drive just run rich as hell!!

and i dont think it should be based on motors. it should be based on the chassis. all these people saying the 7M is a badass motor and rep the...
i think you had the EBC hooked up backwards.
but scotts right too. i had the same similar problems too when my gain wasn't set high enough for what i was trying to run.
good luck with it!
