I was referring to waiting on the lapping the block before it's been machined flat...
A lapping plate would do no good on a warped block, would it? The lapping plate couldn't get it flat right? Unless you spent hundreds on man hours on the block with the plate...
Possible if they are malfunctioning. Test them first like posted above before you go spend needless money and time on something that may not be the problem.

THat's the way it is with the rear bank plugs and wires too, not fun at all, but once you done it, you'll never forget how to do it, and you're faster at it every time after that.
I'd say he'll make a few bucks because there are some people out there who would rather not mess with fabbing their own stuff, thus the reason of buying something bolt on, like a cooleeze, suprasport, HKS, or cartech kit.
It could well be that your harmonic balancer is shot, how old is it exactly? The original? I'd say so ;)
The 6M crank you have doesn't help either.
I wonder where the worst harmonic imbalance is at in a 6M 7MGTE supra...
