The tranny cooler is the difference between the two, yes. The other thing with the 1JZ compatibility is still having the use of the hydro fan setup ;). Only one aftermarket rad. out there offers this right now that I know of.

And that has to do with what? What I'm saying is, if he tries to sell them on here (and at the moment he isn't), he's going to have a hard time of it since Venom hase received a bad rep. and it is well known. Thus the need for the flow sheets to prove the injectors he's selling are genuine...

Yes, the fan shroud MUST be able to bolt directly one with no problems. Is this radiator going to be for a 5speed or Auto? There is a difference. Will it be compatbile with a 1JZ? They get shafted on rad. choices anyways. I would take a Koyo (isn't that the larger one? A little smaller...

I'd say the water pump is pushing too much pressurized coolant through for the seal to hold... I'd say it'll leak if it doesn't cure, but you gotta work, right? ;)

How's your vacuum? Is there something on the piston that's keeping it from sliding? Any buildup from blowby in the BOV?

Did you open it up and check the diaphram?
