i don't believe that car has 571 bhp on 15 psi on a master power turbo.
more less mags have a tendancy to tell half truths about power.... It was probaby 571 @ 30 PSI yet he has never run that again.

Till i see a dyno graph I don't believe the power claims at 15 psi.
did you reset the comptuer, lots of time it takes time for it to reset and learn to idle.. I know the 7m sucks for trying to idle when things are changed for air things... (afm ect)
Also, you may need timing.. Sounds like the cams have overlap which is why you have shitty idle... which IMO...
and that head actually flowed from the factory, and that cps wire never got old brittle and always sent the timing off.
Oh and the coil pack wires actually worked.
OH OH OH and the damn knock sensors where actually shielded right!...

FPR 45PSI static pressure
3" turbo back (including elbow)
hardpipes (save your self lots of headache)
EBC
For more power set to 16-18 PSI...
