The majority of mag wheels are powder coated, not painted. Even the aviation grade stripper has very little effect on this type of surface. Hard to tell from the pic, but did they look flat mirror like chrome or where they machined in appearance? I'm thinking they may have been spun on a lathe...
I would really like to see the continuation of the front end that the MKII started, the MKIII continued with and evolved with 2 incarnations, but unfortunately the MKIV seemed to drop completely. I always thought it lost a bit of it's "supra" signature when the MKIV lost it.

Is it only me or does anyone else have a damn hard time accurately reading the oil level from the dip stcik? I have the wire type with a "pressed" or "melted" or whatever metal tab on the bottom with a sorta grid pattern on it.
Anyone have any tricks for making it easier to read the damn...
Make sure the motor is nice and healthy and then boost controller is a good start, from there you can.....well sky is the limit. But a boost controller will give you a nice "boost".

Exhaust yes it will certainly.
But people get thier exhaust mani's and parts ceramic coated all the time and it hold up great. I had my 7m's exhaust mani ceramic coated and it held up very well for many many years without issues.
So...
I used a heat gun and very carefully with a firm yet consistant pressure lifted and pulled it out. But be sure to undo all the nuts holding in place first of course.
Interior is the most work, I removed mine when I painted and my vote, if you want a really nice paint job is to go through the PITA or getting it out.
glass is easy, interior, be careful not to break anything.
