When you switch on the AC you should feel a slight drop in power when driving. Just check the compressor and see if the clutch is engaged (while parked of course), if it is then the fuse is good, also check the mini fans if they come on when you switch it on. I didn't see that it was a used one you installed. There is no telling that your getting a better one than the one you have. The IDL has to be re-checked with a feeler guage every time you move the TPS.- f00g00
