I run a Contour E-Fan. It draws ALOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT of amps. A standard 30amp electric fan install kit will not work and it will burn out. You need a 50 amp setup. Trust me.

To answer your question... No. Why would there be oil in the intake system? Bad turbo, bad PCV valve, bad rebuild.
