this happened on my last car (daytona). everytime I went over like 55 the fuse would pop. my voltage regulator was shot and had to have a new one wired in. and a bunch of the relays that contolled the headlights (same circuit) were fried. start checking those.. when they r old they get krusty...

take it to your machine shop. he should be able to weld it and get it fixed. thats what my shops doing for me
