Welcome! And wow, it looks like you have a lil work to do!
The rear bumper looks like a Kaminari Sideskirts - stock. Front bumper - looks like a messed up Greddy Gracer bumper.
Edit -
Looks like the previous owner started on this "sarona" kit...
a lil searching around yielded me this.
Apparently from euro spec Yaris'

Looks damn sweet to have a "Toyota" [actually an eclipse deck according to link] deck that does all that!
Eclipse AVN2210p is the model number...
I went Koni struts and RSR race springs a while back. They performed great, till my lil rubber bushings on the pillow mount went out. Then I went with some coilovers; never been happier.
I may have the Koni adjustables and RSRs for sale if youre interested. LMK only around 3-4k miles on em.
I have the NM shifter and I love it. More adjustability than anyone would ever need and short enough throw to where when I first put it in I thought I wasn't in gear.
WOW nice pickup! I remember drooling over this car many a times when I was first looking for my Supra! Ahh memories!
Definitely one of my favorite Supra colors!
Well, theyre used; but thats what RBwheels does.. Sell you rims imported from Japan. They can refinish the rims to whatever color and look as if new if you want. Of course they charge for that.
But no, there's no reason that I can see to not get them. Unless you're against having JDM tyte stuff...
What do ya think about these?

I searched the discounttire site a lil, and couldnt find any staggered setups with the style rims you wanted.
I definitely noticed a difference in comfort in between a friends supra with 18s over my supra when i had sawblades. Im on MKIV TTs right now and I love my 3" sidewall. Along with my speedometer only being off by 1-2%.
Roads here in Houston suck! Theres potholes everywhere! haha
But the lower...
Good luck running 18s, while retaining a semi-accurate speedometer. Not to mention having lower profile tires; with a rougher ride and higher chance of pothole flats.
well the 45mm offset will prob be alright, but the wheel will sit further in than stock.
Like I said earlier, go check out that wheel fitment thread so you can find out what offset you want. Offset is what determines how far in or out the wheels sit from the rotor surface. Its very very...
Poodles - beat ya too it! =p
If you already have a set of 16" front tires you wanna keep. Id just stick with the stockers till you can afford/get a full 17" setup complete with new tires.
Unless you REALLY REALLY want new rims and get new 16" wheels and stick your old [but new tires over...
well if youre going 17" then you need to get all new tires.
For rim sizes.. well

Check out which wheel fitment you like. Then try to find a wheel size, and offset that you like.
