I'm using that one for PS and a custom made one for the HFC. I have an ss tube bender and I used ss compression fittings.

I don't think the shroud is a good design to have it against the radiator that close. I could be wrong though. I just think it would generate more heat with that sheet metal press against the radiator that it would only drawn air cooling at the center of the radiator and I think it should have...

I did this test many years ago with just a depth gauge on a base plate with a linear bearing for the shaft to go through at one post and .250" shaft/rod end attached at the other post. Depth gauge was depressed at .250 to read both movements. I guess I can do that test again with my new Go-Pro...

Take it to the nearest shop with a lift and put it in gear. You'll be able to pin point where it's coming from...That's What I would Do.

Sound like the same problem I have which is the sub frame bushing are worn out.

S13, I have it plumbed going across the upper radiator support and down under the reservoir can. I think it's a pretty clean set up.
