    I want to see how long the bar aluminum lasts. this is the only polished part in the engine bay, so it should be easy to maintain. I have clearcoated things n the past with the best clearcoat I could find I used glisten PC made by restomotive (POR-15 guys). super expensive...I had my wheels...

    It's been a long time coming, but they're done. My roomate gave me a hand tonight and painted the head for me along with the AFM etc...looks great! here are the covers! The black paint is POR-15 engine enamel too. everything that is steel on the engine got POR-15'd, aluminum painted too. :D :D

    got the white rouge done on the valve cover! a little touch up and then on goes the paint. I had to stop because my die grinder started to catch on fire...literally. I must say I am quite happy with the image quality I was able to get out of it. getting better at this!
