Are you referring to the cover or the bumper itself? The TSRM has an exploded view of all the hardware that attaches it.

I'd just ditch the stock amp altogether and run fresh wiring to all components. I had to tear out alot of my interior just to do it,but none of it gave me any problems.

How about proper wheel lug tourque? Oddly enough,I experinced that. If you check,make sure you tourque them down with a tourque wrench,not a air tool!

As far as smog problems,start upstream and work your way down. Something is obviously causing the rest of the system to fail,a bad sensor,loose wire connection,bad plugs,bad ign wires,the list goes on...

get everything running tight,THEN worry about looks

Or put the plate on a frame thats hinged,forward movement would make the plate swing back,allowing air flow.Parked,and the weight will make it swing down!! Eh? Eh?

Can this be installed on California 7MGTE Supra,and still pass smog? I know the restrictions here are crazy,but even the VISUAL inspections would make me think that this wont work.

I just put my plate on the dash. It's visible from the front,just what the cops want.
