That was a good video. The beating of that blonde woman was brutal and made me sick. as shocking as all of the violent stuff was, what really surprises me is the abundance of complaint form videos they had. What shocks me about it is how frequent it appears. It shows me that the attitudes were...
looking good jamie! the car felt great on the track man. That thing has a ton of grip for street tires! the coilovers and bushings has totally transformed how that car felt when you just had the tokicos and lowering springs...let alone stock! nice work man, it's coming along nicely.
don't worry...
Here's another option for everybody for an upgraded coil.
I toyed with doing an upgrade even on the 5m when I saw what Wes had done with the E-core ford coils. I wanted a good coil, even better than the accel coil but I didn't like the red on the MSD. Enter the PS91 coil! as far as I can...
wow ed! I knew you were doing this, but didn't know to what extend. Fantastic work man. the be recognized by a magazine like HPI is a great way to punctuate your hard work. That thing sounds and looks like a full blown race car on the track. excellent!
Thanks for your advice with the 7mge, I...
Trans brake - an electrically operated solenoid (aftermarket) that engages first and reverse gear at the same time in an automatic transmission. The hydraulic pressure resists each other (locking the output shaft of the transmission) and allows you to extract all of the stall RPM out of the...
shaeff, wow man. my support goes out to you as a fellow enthusiast.
fixing things is a pain in the ass as it is. It makes you appreciate it when you don't have to re-engineer the whole car. At least, it sounds like you have most of the bugs worked out on your car...it will be a satisfying drive...
curious shaeff, what examples of build quality do you have? I've done some work on my friend's 325i and not liked it aswell. To me, it felt like they were built as high quality disposable cars. money spent in areas the person notices (HUGE amount of sound deadening and foam, thick dash and...
anybody have any experience with these?
I have my money on it being a snake oil product....but "horsepower TV" did show some interesting dyno results. They demonstrated something like a 6hp gain on a 400hp big block, and reduced emissions during cruise testing.

cool zum! both seem really good. I do like the elongation rate of the black and the flexibility it provides. Even the black stuff probably the densest I have used. I would imagine the grey would be a little less forgiving with movement, and would require high and consistent force (bolt torque)...
my specific set is 205 pieces and got it for $75 at a "door crasher" sale...regular price was $249.00. the set came with 1/4" 3/8" and 1/2" drive rachets and each has shallow and deep sockets.
I'd imagine adam has something similar!
