    It's an electrical chirp for sure... I just can't figure out what's causing it. It's a rather high pitched chirp... but not really. OK! It's like a high pitched chirp muffled by nasal congestion. I know that sounds funny... but that is EXACTLY what it sounds like. It only chirps for like .2...
