It's not the c1 plug, it's a white connector the c1 is grey and yes it is 3 small two large.. I was under the impression that it might not connect to anything since I looked all over and couldn't find any other plug to hook it up to...
So I was working on moving my fusebox around in my bay, just swinging it over to where my battery was and I unplugged a couple of clips, now I have one that I cant seem to find where it goes... I tried looking on the tsrm with no luck.

what i did when my swap did this was the relay mod on the starter and gave the starter 12v from the battery and just used the original wire as signal. My car has never not-started again!
hmmm... we need more details as to what is "does" when it "doesn't" start. As in does it click, does it turn over but not fire, does it not turn over at all... give us a few more clues to try and help you out.
I completely agree, what upsets me is the fact that im pretty sure subaru confirmed they will be releasing an sti version of the brz but toyota has not for the FR-S, I think toyota is being way too conservative.
