Looks good, but a tad short. As a anal reader of fine print, I don't like that he says no in person pick up, no warranty, no money back. So he takes the cash and you're on your own. I'd stay away.

This. Why do consumers agree to borrow from a large corporation and then allow said corporation to change the terms at their will, is beyond me. Credit history is under-rated when it's good, and if you eff-up, then a lending institution will play it up to their advantage.

Yes, it's a common issue, those valves fail due to old age. Get a new one. In the meantime, IIRC, if you switch the vacuum hose to the other side of the valve, it defaults to heat right away. FWIW
