Getting more work done! Fixed the wire harness for the ABS motor, got the wiring mostly in place and hooked up, various other things... Also mocked up the oil cooler Please ignore all the dust, and the mess on the floor ;)

LOL I'm not as baller as you Duane, I've got time to catch up though ;) The next grand i drop on the car, will be on stuff I need, like afpr kit, brakes, injectors, wideband... the list goes on, and thats already more than a grand! The next cosmetic item that I will be spending this much...

If only i had an extra grand to drop, those valve covers are a work of art!

That is true lol! I don't have the autolock feature enabled for that reason, and locking the doors doesn't arm the alarm, so I'm so in the habit of using the remote, i can't even imagine using the lock button!

Good luck Dave!!! I know you can do it :) So does the wax hold it's shape just long enough to cool down the metal in position? Or is there something else involved? do you have a positive and negative wax mold?

My alarm has the window tapping feature, but I can't use it to enter my pin... But i have spare keys, i have somewhere else to enter a pin inside, i have an extra remote, so I've never had this problem. You need the remote to lock the car, so how are you going to lock your keys in the car?! I...

Update: Brake booster and master cylinder installed, I spent about 45 minutes making a gasket for between the booster and the firewall, and then later I found the one I had a feeling I ordered :biglaugh: So as far as the engine bay goes, the brake & clutch lines are done. Still need to finish...

Any aftermarket alarm has a wire to disable your factory alarm (which has a wire to be disabled) I just took my factory alarm out and used some of the wiring from the harness. I went with a Autopage 2-way remote start alarm system, I'm very happy with it

I purchased cooleze 3" pipes + a magnaflow muffler, i can't remember the exact model right now (if you search my thread you can probably find it) but it was 3" in, and dual 2.5" out, it is a flow through design (no baffles to go around) It sounds real nice and deep, i'm running it on my NA...
