Hope you just transposed those. Your hi setting should not be lower than your lo setting.

You better get you a upgraded pump to supply you some fuel. Stock pump is only safe to stock boost levels.

It's a mechanical connection, off.

Put a drill on the end at the transmission, counter clock wise, speedometer should register.

It comes apart from the inside. Remove the door panel and then remove the handle assembly. You may be able to just remove the key cylinder, but it's been to long I can't remember for sure.

I don't have a part number. Red - what problem are you trying to fix or are you just trying to make the key cylinder light up again?

It's just an led in the key lock cylinder assembly.
