fresh dash numero Three.... same as before. the temperature guage goes dead when Im in gear, and hits the top when Im in neutral... :dunno: no freakin clue, except the totally improbable possibility that I may have a bad ECU? <pure conjecture, no freaking clue>

Im pulling a 42 as well... doesnt seem to be effecting anything, but my car idles so high that I cant tell shit. er, Id say reset the ECU, plug in the ignitor, and fire her up again... but then again my answer for everything is reset the ECU, so go figure.

^ what they said! I dunno, in the time I have been in the supra world, I have <no joke> gotten to the point where when I think MK4 owner, I think of an asshole floridian or texan with more money than manners. obviously there are exceptions, but by and by large it seems like MK4 guys are more...

hit the plugs with a multimeter... well, everything that had a ground on that plug, since I dont know shit about electrical stuff... most of them had some juice running.... in the process of trying dash combination 3 right now. jesus, it never ends, lol.

woohoo, dash is still dead. long story short, swapped in a GTE, took out the dash to drop in the turbo tach, put it back together, and now the only things that work are the lights. some of them. all the warning lights <ebrake, check engine, etc> work fine, ditto for the far right side...

here's the long and the short of it. Swapped an 89 GTE into my 87 NA. Unhooked the dash to toss in the turbo tach. Now that the dash is back together, the only parts of it that work are the warning lights <Ebrake, check engine, battery, door open, etc> no activity on any of the guages...

this weekend is reserved for replacing my knocking GE with a CDM GTE... or else Id be all over this.
