    Intercooler fitment Help

I think it's too wide to fit between the frame rails. Mine is 31"x12"x3" and it just fits between the rails. Matt

    Gilsdorf's Long Road to Automotive-Nirvana

A little more progress . . . cut out the bumper: And bolted it back on the bumper cover: I pulled it back off and put a coat of paint on it to keep the rust in check. Pic of the brackets I used to bolt the duct to the bumper skin:

They are from a Suzuki Hayabusa, but I don't think they are hot enough. We'll see once I get the car to the dyno.

Couldn't get the car finished in time for Vegas, bummed I missed it again. The wife is cool with me going to the Supra Nationals in TX this spring though (along with Vegas '08). I've been super busy at work and haven't had anytime to spend on the car . . . until today. I finished the...

    any people in COLORADO??

Should (knock wood) be done by months end. Couldn't make Vegas (new job, family, etc.). Someone should put a CO meet together this spring, I'd drive out (not that that would make it worthwhile for you guys), but it would be fun to get back to Colorado for a weekend.

They did all the machine work on my block after I melted a piston. The guy/owner has done several 7m's and had a spare/new gte head for sale. He does some excellent quality work and is very well known for it. While I was picking up my block some truck was dropping off some weird looking...

    Holley 255

The pump is made by Walbro for Holley. I don't think it is any different than the $90 Walbros you can find on ebay, just says Holley on the box and "Made by Walbro" on the pump.

    Thoughts on a Staggered Setup?

Because their weight bias is towards the rear.

    Thoughts on a Staggered Setup?

BINGO! Edit: To be more specific, you could do it and keep the balance close to stock by making up for the difference in wheel diameter with tire aspect ratio, meaning you could have a higher profile tire in the front and a lower profile tire in the rear but with equal overall diameters (have...

    Thoughts on a Staggered Setup?

The mkiii is front heavy to start with, putting a smaller wheel up front vs. a larger one out back will push the balance point even further forward and IMHO it would look like a Mulleted '80s camaro. Since you are considering Teins I would assume you are concerned with handling and moving...
