Lol, idk man, I have seen a ebay manifold cut up, ported to flow correctly lol. And then correctly re-welded, which shouldnt be a probelm with that new miller, and its held up 600HP for two years now. So they bends are useful, the welds not so much.

thats what he is saying yes. But like you stated, you don't want any problems later down the road, and with the exhaust manifold being right there, it wont last long. Even the high temp stuff wont last.

+1, I used that stuff on my IS300 wheels, and it sat for like 15 mins, when I got back it had eaten through some of the protective coating on the wheels. So DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. like Poodles said, you don't want to mess anything up, and this is a good way to do it.

I have a question, my machine shop hot-washed my block, (not hot-tanked) do I have to replace the oil squirter in the block? Cause I know they are two pieces, or should I just replace the bolts or the squirter's them selfs. Cause I don't want to start the motor, and them not work.

To do it properly, you should have a should clean everything.

OK I got the head on, it took me two times to place it. The first time in installed the head with the nubs on the block, then installed the head studs, but I couldn't get the washers to the head studs because they couldn't get past the studs, and valley of the valves. Anyways, I removed it again...
