    Never overtighten the tensioner bolt either though! Stick with stock spec, and follow the TSRM procedure for setting tension before you tighten it

    Don't forget to make sure It will still fit with your hose ends, with enough room for assembly and disassembly - and keep in mind that hose does not like to bend sharply! Probably common sense but still a good reminder ;)

    Where is it leaking from? Are you sure it's not one of the fittings up above, or the drain plug on the bottom? You might not need a new one... I would try a pull-a-part type place (junkyard) if you still need one

    Electric fans are garbage compared to the stock fan / clutch (as long as it's in working condition, look into rebuilding the clutch if it fails the hot / cold spin test) Oh, and don't change your pulleys either, I would not recommend that. Definitely stick with STOCK SPEC T-Stat and Radiator...

    Well, I feel like an idiot! After being positive I put the CPS in correctly, I realized my cams looked a bit off for TDC, well, it was on the wrong stroke! I set the crank to 0*, double checked TDC with a chopstick in cyl 1, and managed to skip the step in the TSRM about looking for the cam...
