    Your alternator is bad and you have a little resistance( not enough to worry)

    See what voltage is coming out of your alternator then see what it is at your battery. I'm guessing you still have the wireharness that came with the car so you could just have high resistance through the wires. Easy way to check which side of the circuit your problem might be is...

    Have you done a wiggle test on your wires? I kinda had the same problem and it turned out I was getting high resistance from some of the wires being exosed on my CPS(stupid previouse owner). Fix your code as well.

    Not gettign to operating temp is bad. Your oil will turn to sludge quicker, possilbility of staying in open loop, and your motor will wear quicker.

    That's he "Delphi Magna Ride", what funny is that it's been on comercial aireplanes since the 60's and have only been on cars for a couple years now. Beging able to turn your damper from solid as a rock to water back to a rock in a milisecond would be nice.

    I see your still having the same prob, I actualy have pretty new NGK Iridium spark plugs(like 3 miles on them) We can try those on your motor just to eliminate plugs.

    Considering how fast the turbine/compressor wheel spins, I would think it could throw it off balance besides the fact that all sorts of crud went through your compressor as well. Replacing it would be your safest option. Since your rebuilding your motor you should get rid of any weak link...

    I have the same one but got if off suprasport. I paid about 15 more(with shipping) but I got a J-tube blockoff plate. Also I think it looks a little better since it doent have those blue fittings.
