Anyone done this to a Supra? I am curious as I wish to change my dash lights to blue. What are the part numbers for the lights in the dash? I've spent the past 2 days looking for threads and posts on this on Supramania and google :(

I still have mine on the road. And I wouldn't mind a meet before I have to break out the snow tires. However, I have work and school during the week so Nov. 1st or 2nd sounds good, I might not be able to make a meet on the weekend of the 8th though, might be working.

I agree with Poodles, the tail light failure box can usually be fixed.
I've never done it myself but from what I've read the box can be taken apart and cleaned, or the broken connections inside repaired.
So wouldn't a QBB be the way to go? 2 bearings for inboard and 2 bearings for outboard? I wouldn't think there'd be much sacrifice in spool time, but there would be an increase in longevity due to the equally divided strain on four bearings rather than two?

So is there any other Toyota motors that will bolt right in to an older Celica? I know 20r and the 22r/r-e/r-et motors will drop in. Apparently there's a few others, one of which I know is a turbo diesel. I am curious because I own an '81 Celica GT and I'd like to swap the 22r with something...
Thanks very much for the info. Is there any way to increase the life of a BB turbo aside from change the oil every 3000km, like upgrade the filter system somehow? I was thinking have two types of oil filter in a row with a relocation/cooling setup :dunno:
