sorry to crash on your parade, but C12's are only offered in 6 lug bolt patterns (according to CCW website). However the C14, being almost identical to the C12, has a 5 lug bolt pattern.
Been an enthusiast since '97 when my dad brought home the 85 in my pictures. Became a (slight) obsession when I started driving her in 2006 at the beginning of my junior year of HS, and I've been trying my damnedest to save up for another one since she was stolen my senior year. Granted, not...
i got this all the time with my blue 85. at least with yours they're both silver. and to keep it going: when you haven't had a supra in over two years but you still go on SM and/or SF everyday and are biding your time until you can afford another one.
In 84 the 5 speeds got a 4.30 and the automatics stayed with the 4.10, so i would assume that my 85 5-speed had a 4.30 as well. and yeah it did run pretty strong, it was well taken care of with regular maintenance and was only a two owner car all within my family. so it wasn't one of those beat...
I had the tach at 6600 in 5th gear in a stock MkII with 4.30 LSD and 225/60R14 tires. The speedo said 130 (maxed out) but I kinda doubt I was actually at 130mph. Also took my friends BPU MkIV to about 125 indicated, it had way more but I got nervous about getting pulled over so i backed off.
This is an awesome thread. Definitely planning on trying out a few of these. Also if I can figure out the amounts I use, I'll post up a few creations of my own.
