yes tou can run maft pro on an N/a car to get rid of the AFM just be sure to get the speed density kit too if you want to eliminate the AFM, an safc is a good choice because its cheap and simple but will still easily get the job done on an n/a car you cant get rid of the AFM with just that though.

you could get a set of usdm 2j injectors pretty cheap on SF, they'r 550's and you need the resistor pack but w/ the rail they're only around 100-200 dollars
yea, tube and fin intercoolers are horribly inneficient. any bar and plate with 3" inlet and outlets will do the job from what i've heard even the Ebay intercoolers are pretty good
